Our organization is operating with the aim of providing a unified organization and management of legal, infrastructure, and creation of a favorable environment for investment in the territory of Sergelen Sum of the Tuv Aimag, in accordance with the integrated general plan of the Khushig Valley.

As part of the construction of a new residential area with a population of 150,000 people, it is planned to have a Free Economic Zone, an Air Cargo Transport Center, a Transport Logistics and Industrialization Zone, a University Campus, and a State Administration Zone.

Taking advantage of Khushig Valley's geographical location, the best national and international companies will work together to create a high-tech, knowledge-based production, service-developed transportation and logistics hub.

In order to accelerate development and attract investment, the Free Economic Zone is initially planned to have an integrated resort, an international financial center, trade services, a duty-free zone, a cluster of cultural and creative industries, a data center, an information technology cluster, and a health campus.
