By the resolution of the Government of Mongolia dated August 11, 2021, the Administration of Khushig Valley Development was established.

Resolution No. 307of the Government of Mongolia dated October 6, 2021 regarding the special state needs of19,390.4 hectares of land in Sergelen and Altanbulag Sums of the Tuv Aimag for the implementation of national level development, infrastructure projects and programs was approved.

Resolution No. 143 of the Government of Mongolia dated April 6, 2022 regarding the approval of the general development plan of New Zuun Mod City was approved.

Resolution No. 10 of the National Assembly of Mongolia dated April 7, 2022 regarding on the establishment of Khushig Valley Free Economic Zone was approved.

The National Committee of the Khushig Valley Development was approved byAppendix No. 28of Resolution No. 350of the Government of Mongolia dated September 22.

By Government ResolutionNo. 103 of 2023, National Committee of Khushig Valley Development was changed.
